Mataram (08/07) - The government of Nusa Tenggara Barat province (NTB) presented the 14th NTB exhibition expo to promote the products of small and medium enterprises in order to enrich the implementation of the National Musabah Tilawah Quran (MTQ) XXVI.
PT. Angkasa Pura I (Ltd) Lombok International Airport, participated in this activity by including one of the trained partners i.e. Dean songket which was engage in weaving fabrics Lombok. The General Manager of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Ltd) Lombok International Airport, I Gusti Ngurah Ardita on Friday night (08/05) visited the exhibition stand trained partners.
Participation in this exhibition is a form of the Roadmap development trained partners, especially the trained partners which were the producer of woven fabric typical of the Lombok region.
The participation of artisan Songket fabric UKM was expected to introduce the products and expanded the market of Songket Lombok. Craft Songket in Lombok was no less beautiful and was able to compete with Songket fabric crafters from other areas. Furthermore Songket craft was expected to contribute in increasing the tourist visitation to Lombok. The next promotion done for the trained partners in 2016, it planned to send two trained partners to participate in an exhibition in Berlin, Germany.
